Our Story
Our beginnings
Complete Communication Ltd was formed in 2019 from the rebrand and merger of two long-standing specialist communication businesses. By bringing these two businesses together, we have doubled the knowledge and experience to ensure we provide our customers with the best service possible.
We aim to provide friendly, cost-effective communication, education and language specialist services for disabled, deaf people and the services which support them.Â

Complete Communication provides a variety of services, from our outstanding Disabled Student Allowance support, our Apprentice Learning Support, our Communication provision being that of BSL/English Interpreters, Communication Support Workers, Electronic and Manual Notetakers, Speech-to-Text-Reporters and more. We also run a variety of online training courses and face-to-face awareness courses nationwide, from Deaf and disability awareness to theatre access and mental health self-care!
Our values
Our commitment to the wellbeing of our staff and supply chain
Established in 2004, Mindful Employer is a UK wide initiative run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The initiative aims to help empower employers to take a lead in supporting the mental wellbeing of their staff and aligns perfectly with our company ethos and goals.
To demonstrate our commitment to supporting the mental wellbeing of our team we have signed the ‘Charter for Employer Positive About Mental Health’ to publicly demonstrate our desire to support the mental health of our staff across the organisation.
All office staff are training to complete the Wellbeing Champion certification. A Wellbeing Champion is someone who, with training and support, voluntarily bring their ability to relate to people and their own life experience to transform health and well-being in their teams. They will help others to enjoy healthier lives by raising awareness of health and healthy choices, sharing health messages, removing barriers and creating supportive networks and environments.
