“Daryl has worked with both myself and Blake Lodge (Plymouth Deaf Association) for the last two years as both a Communication Support Worker (BSL) and BSL/English interpreter. He has worked and interpreted in a variety of settings, such as staff training, general meetings, AGM’s, as well as providing office support with reference to phone calls, document translation, etc.
When considering the various support that has been provided, it can be said that Daryl has proven is ability to provide a high standard of interpreting that matches the needs of the clients, both hearing and Deaf, whilst adapting the needs of the setting in which he is working in.
